14 weeks of Tai Chi/Qi Gong At Yoga Loka

6 week series is $81 each. if the person attends the intro workshop -15$ towards the 6 week series total $66. 

Group Series- 6 weeks of primordial qi gong and 6 weeks of 18 movements as a group class and both will have an intro workshop (total 7 weeks with workshop.) 

2-Workshop will be on Friday September 20 and November 8 at 11-12pm both are $15 each. Workshop will be introduction the the type of practice we will be doing the next 6 weeks.

PRIMORDIAL QI GONG

Primordial Qi Gong is the basic beginner form of Qi Gong or energy training. This gentle daily practice works efficiently to improve mental and physical health. These simple exercises strengthen the physical body, open the twelve energy meridians and clear emotions. Class will cover an introduction to Qi Gong theory, health benefits of Qi Gong and internal Qi movement. Learn to coordinate breath, movement and mind. This powerful set of exercises cleanses, restores health to each of the major organs, reverses aging, improves the immune system, and increases intuitive abilities.

Derived from thousands of years of Chinese experience in the healing arts and sciences, Qi Gong is a powerful way of healing and staying healthy. Wudang Hun Yuan (Primordial) Qi Gong is a spiritual form of Qi Gong that was developed by Zhang San-Feng, the creator of the original Tai Chi 13 movements. The movements are based on the traditional Chinese medicine theory of Yin and Yang, five elements and meridian channels. The practice of this form cultivates balance and inner harmony and assists the practitioner in improving health, achieving longevity through diligent practice and returning to a state of stillness. 
This practice is extremely beneficial for shoulder, back, spinal hip, and knee problems. The exercises are appropriate for all ages and physical conditions.

Beginning Friday, September 27 Justin will host a 6 week series group class Primordial Qi Gong from 11am to noon. The $15 paid for the Saturday workshop can be applied to the 6 week series of Friday classes September 27 - November 1(regular price $81).

18 MOVEMENTS TAI CHI/QI GONG

Some of the benefits of this qi gong form include: Increased Qi (life force), improved blood circulation, speeds recovery from illness and surgery, strengthens tendons, ligaments & joints, strengthens the immune system, improves sleeping functions. 

The 18 Movements Tai Chi/Qi Gong is gentle series of Qi Gong movements that serve to restore and rebuild our internal foundation, providing us the tools to support our self-healing and health restoration. 18 Movements Tai Chi/Qi Gong are intended for any health level and was designed as a rehabilitative sequence of movements. Supporting your return to health and vitality in a gentle and effective way.
The workshop will be an introduction to the 18 Movements Tai Chi/Qi Gong in detail.
