Group Tai Chi / Qi Gong is based on the Taoist- system of internal exercise and healing arts to promote longevity and health.

Goals for the class :
1. Improve flexibility for better range of motion. 
2. Improve posture to promote less stress on joints and bones.
3. Create a better connection with the breath of life.
4. Learn about moving and still meditation exercises to promote stillness in the body and mind

Class will consist of :
1. Stetching, warm ups. 
2. Moving meditation exercises. 
3. A still meditation for the cool down.


Tai Chi/Qi Gong is one of the most popular styles of Qi Gong around the world because it is effective and easy to learn. It is derived from thousands of years of Chinese experience in the healing arts and sciences. Based on Traditional Chinese Medicine, yin/yang and meridian theory, Tai Chi/Qi Gong is a powerful way of healing and staying healthy. Some of the benefits of this qi gong form include: Increased Qi (life force), improved blood circulation, speeds recovery from illness and surgery, strengthens tendons, ligaments & joints, strengthens the immune system, improves sleeping functions.

Tai Chi/Qi Gong is gentle series of movements that serve to restore and rebuild our internal foundation, providing us the tools to support our self-healing and health restoration.Tai Chi/Qi Gong are intended for any health level and was designed as a rehabilitative sequence of movements, supporting your return to health and vitality in a gentle and effective way.

Tuesdays  at 7am 
Classes will be designed that you can drop in on any week and will still be able to learn the form.
